I am a passionate, free-spirited Yogini. Through Yoga, I found balance and inner peace and since then my life's mission has become helping others do the same. My practice of yoga transcends from physical movement to emotional wellness.

My movement is intuitive and inspired by nature, in a playful setting I will immerse you in soft, gentle yet powerful and intense flows. I encourage my students to find their equilibrium and tune in with their natural rhythm through my teachings that embody free movement and emotional expression.
